• Delivery Inspection: Inspect all shipments upon delivery. Any damages, defects, or missing items must be reported within 48 hours to qualify for a claim.
• Risk of Loss: Ownership and risk of loss pass to you once the products are delivered to the shipping carrier.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

• Custom Cabinets: Due to personalization, custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled after production starts.
• RTA Cabinets and Hardware: Eligible for return within 30 days if unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Limited Warranty
